A Message from Our Executive Director

At Safe Harbor Peer Support Services, growth has never been about expanding for the sake of expansion. It has always been about meeting people where they are and ensuring that individuals living with mental health and substance use challenges have access to hope, connection, and recovery.

I am incredibly proud to share that Safe Harbor is expanding our services into Marion and Crawford Counties. These communities have expressed a need for peer support services, and we are honored to bring our mission to even more individuals seeking a place to belong, connect, and thrive.

One of the things I love most about Safe Harbor is that every Outreach Center develops its own unique character. While each location reflects the community it serves, they all share the same foundation; providing a welcoming, supportive environment where peers can find understanding, encouragement, and meaningful connections. Every center becomes a reflection of its community while remaining grounded in our mission of promoting hope and recovery through peer support.

As we continue to grow, our commitment remains unchanged. We stay steadfast in our mission, our values, and our dedication to the donors, partners, and community members who have believed in Safe Harbor from the beginning. Your support has made this growth possible, and together we are creating stronger, healthier communities across central Ohio.

Our success has always been built on meaningful community relationships. We value the partnerships we've established and look forward to building new connections in Marion and Crawford Counties. By working together with local organizations, businesses, healthcare providers, and community leaders, we can continue expanding access to peer support services for those who need them most.
